How we protect your data
A plain-language summary of the controls built into FacilityMonitor. It is not a substitute for your data processing agreement.
What we collect
The facility records your organisation enters, and for each user a name, work email and the actions they perform. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Where it is stored
Each organisation chooses a hosting region at signup. Its records stay in that region's deployment.
Who can see it
Only members of your organisation, within the roles and properties they are granted. FacilityMonitor staff manage plans and accounts but cannot browse your operational records.
Your rights
Signed-in users can download their personal data and erase their account from the portal. Organisation administrators can request a full export or deletion.
Security measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, per-account encryption of personal identifiers, database-enforced tenant isolation, an append-only audit log and least-privilege access for our own services.
